The JMA team is comprised of veteran managers who've been on both sides of the desk when it comes to directing initiatives and working with vendors.


The JMA board, comprised of founding partners and advisory resources, oversees the JMA Service Delivery Channels, a group of independent professional platforms, each maintaining its own executive committees and specialized product managers and industry experts.


The following group executes and drives the board's vision.

    John Meyer
    After establishing himself as an independent contractor while supplying a range of services for banks and telephone companies - leveraging over ten years of specialized project and operational experience - John Meyer formally hung the JMA shingle. JMA's first client was First Data Corporation, the largest payment processor in the world. John directed the expansion of the JMA base into facilitating mergers and acquisition initiatives for Wells Fargo Bank. Under John's helm, JMA has thrived through attracting and motivating talent.

    Before going independent and founding JMA, John was Regional Director/Vice President for Bank of America's ATM services network. While working his way up the ranks at BofA through the 80's and early 90's, John held several senior posts while running operating and data centers for Electronic Banking, Merchant Processing and BankCard Operations.

     

    Terrence Grim
    As co-founder, Terry Grim brought immediate entrepreneurial experience and specialized database talent to JMA. Terry was instrumental in refining JMA's approach while establishing an impressive alliance network.

    Before JMA, Terry was director of business development for Upgrade, a custom application and s/w training company, where he retained and managed clients such as Gallo Wines, Washington Mutual Bank, Union Safe Deposit Bank, Teichert Construction, Granite Construction Company and San Joaquin County. In 1995, Terry launched Tasqforce, a specialized productivity and database shop that went on to merge with JMA.

     

    Sharon Miles
    Sharon Miles is a founding member of JMA, bringing 20 years project management and operations management experience to our team. Sharon's in-depth knowledge of audit and compliance issues and procedures, combined with her vast experience in the project management disciplines, represents a cornerstone of the JMA foundation.

    Sharon worked over 15 years with Bank of America, where she held project development, management, and compliance posts for a variety of business groups. Her operational experience includes field service support for ATM networks, Courier, and Proof center operations. Sharon is directly responsible for the management and development of JMA's Regulatory and Compliance services.

     

    Tom Naramore
    Tom Naramore brings a wealth of Sales and Marketing experience to the JMA management team. He is charged with establishing JMA’s presence and marketability, as well as forging new alliances and expanding the range of JMA’s services. 

    Previously, Tom was Manager of Acquisitions for Earthlink Inc the 2nd largest ISP in the US.  His regional and national sales experience stemmed from obtaining clients such as Harley-Davidson, Anheuser-Busch, and The NBA’s Sacramento Kings.  In addition, Tom brings 7 years of Tel-com sales experience along with 4 years of television production and large event marketing, management and creation.

    Tom uses both his large corporate experience and entrepreneurial background to complement the JMA Team.
